But Doubtful because it's not an Oregon story,
and it is supposedly an Atlantic City Article. posted March 31

yep, but


First thing that crossed my mind was Jersey Devil
More Believable then a ghost, But even so if Real the Jersey Devil would have died of old age long before 1915.
first sighting of J_Devil supposedly early 1800's but tale dates it to early 1700's.

after 200 years, it wouldn't have much spring in it's step
