I'd like to see a pic of the entire ring. Are there any other markings on/in the ring? Has it been tested and proved to be gold? If so, what k? Was the ring found/bought in the US?
Looking at hallmarks are somewhat like looking at clouds. I vertically flipped the hallmark and came out with a charging BULL on an alphabet LETTER.
Breezie the ring is in todays finds another mark in it is 90% it is the ring with 3 rubies in it.The post is Awesome ring. You can see the one in above post 4th ring over.
The ring was found in the western pacific. I didn't test it yet, but have no doubts it's 22k (90%). I'm waiting to get it into a specialist, but too busy hunting. We only have a couple decent shops here to take it into.
Bejamble, thanks for the pics. Since it was found in the Western Pacific, the alphabet letter (that is, 'if' it is a letter) could be from any of several different languages. For example, it could be a Tagalog alphabet symbol. There are thousands of thousands jewelry makers. I would think the most important factor about the ring would be the fact it is 90% gold and whatever the stones are; whether garnet, ruby, or whatever. At any rate, it is a BEAUTIFUL ring and a GREAT find!
Congratulations
Breezie
means bell which the 5 lines coming of the character could be simulated sound waves. Completely guessing here as it may not even be a thai character or if the ring is even from Thailand.
