Until someone pipes in - I searched

and found that a member (Gonehunting) has it - I would PM him and see if he still has it...

I would be more than happy to download and .mlf file but it is still not a valid option in the manage attachment feature on this site.. as soon as it is made a valid option to upload an Mlf I will.. Gonehunting..
