Robert Brogelmann, of Hardin Montana seems like a possible attribution... but the denomination doesn't seem quite correct for a baker.. more common as a billiard hall denomination.

I however, only find similar information to that you have already reported.

I guess I shouldnt assume there is not more than one R.Brogellmann.
What year do you think this may be from?
Maybe he went on to other business ventures?
 

It's always good to consider other possibilities. More so, if everything doesn't seem to fit quite correctly...
In this case, no other possibilities have shown up. Nothing in Colorado, nothing anywhere I can find... But I can't find everything:)
