I own a Garrett VLF/ADS Groundhog detector and like it so much I jumped at the chance to buy a used one ($5.00). Unfortunately it has a defective on/off/sensitivity switch. Part# on switch is R1378024. Garrett does not have a switch. They would gladly rob one off another unit if they had one but they don't have a parts unit. Anyone know where I could attain one of these switches?

I see a company that has some R1378026 parts but no 24s

Might check out digikey.com. You might find a similar unit there.

You might have to find a similar switch, and not an exact match. Those old units are pretty simple to repair, as long as the parts still exist!
