microsoft picture it express 9....i believe it comes with windows xp. It gives you options to enhance; crop; resize; etc. It's free...can't beat the price. I use it for my ebay pics.

I do a lot of ebay and use this flawless free program. Small and easy to use....

Thank you all got pics resized. Gonna pop a new post however, don't have the option to upload photos for posting. Believe Javascript enabled, but need to check and see if I have a program on here that is blocking.
