Just watched my recorded Gold Rush, Todd Hoffman is leaving the show. I cant imagine why they kept him so long. He screwed up everything he touches. I think we should get a group together here on the East Coast and be the new crew. I don't know squat about gold prospecting but I can learn and run a long handled excavator (shovel)

I stopped watching that show about 4 years ago. Too painful to watch. But hey...I'm sure he's got enough cash from the show to live out his life not having to work if he's careful with it.

The only thing he did was walk around telling someone else to figure it out. One recent rerun I watched they chewed up a part of a motor almost like a toothed gear. One guy said 48 hours to carve one of metal and he said too long. Another guy sold him on an epoxy fix and they tried- took 8 hours. The fix lasted all of a tenth of a second. One guys just shook his head told him it wouldn’t work

Well since moving into this house in July, 2017, I haven't gotten my TV hooked up. So I guess I haven't got a clue as to who you guys are talking about. I did receive a book today from a friend. One of the first stories I read was about silver and gold coins being counterfeited in the next town over. Is there a counterfeit BANNER, if I find a counterfeit gold coin?
