What exactly does GE pro do that standard GE doesn't? I looked at the link and the key link is for a "free trial" I'm guessing they hope people will ike GE pro and pay for it after the trial expires.

Well, those are some good advantages! Thanks for the post!

Someone posted this on another site I am on quite a bit. Just thought I'd pass it along, try and give back a little bit.

No problem downloading it, just have to see if there's anything in there that will be handy for my mapping purposes.

Do any of you know if theres a way to get pinned locations you made on the pc and transfer them to the iphone google earth app? You would think it would be super easy but I can't figure it out for the life of me. Thanks for the link btw, I upgraded my google earth to pro to check it out.

I have used Google Earth for a long time to locate fishing locations like depths and Lat./Lon. I downloaded Google Earth Pro and I can't see any difference in info. gathering. Maybe some one can chime in and inform me of the benefits of the Pro.
Your reply is appreciated .

Thank you SB for the heads-up.

Sounds like a massive way to gather info...
On you.

Thanks for the heads up on this! When I installed Google Earth Pro all of my saved places from regular Google Earth were transferred automatically. So the first time Pro came up, all of those were already there!

I am curious, does anyone know if the imagery in Pro is of a higher resolution than the imagery in regular Google Earth?

Thank you for sharing!

Print resolution is apparently much better.
