Got another I need help with

This was also picked up at a garage sale. .50 cents. I think it's cool, but would like to know the maker? I've researched and have had no luck with the markings. Again, thanks in advance for any info/help!

I THINK I've seen similar ones sold at flea market with the decorative bamboo plants. Cute tho! I would've picked it up!
