No idea.

I find it curious how some people see damaged coins and try to make them worth more trying to reason out some sort of planchet errror, while I just toss them aside. =)

Not saying that it what you are trying to do here, only that I don't look into these coins at all... unless they are like OBVIOUS errors or something.

Different angles I guess.

hello, very nice error find , congrats. I also search through my coins for unique errors. similiar find last year, mine was struck thru string, as yours might be. take a loupe to it, if you can see slight strands/fibers of the actual string out from edge, thats what you got. sold mine on ebay for $10-15. so in reality, its worth a bit more than your average 90%er. take care
 

I checked the struck through a little closer with a 10x loupe and although I couldn't see any thread strands still embedded in the coin I could see where thread strands were at one time. They are quite visible with the loupe (in fact you can see them in my close up pictures)

Thanks for the "heads up" photogame! Now I know....... struck through string.
