GOT HOME WITH AN 1838 SEATED

Got back on the site the Flying Eagle came from, and pulled up a few keepers. The Seated Half Dime is not in the best shape but I'll keep it, and it has a hole so it could be wore as a necklace. Thanks for the look. HH.... This look like a carved bullet

I think your rarest find is the luxon , it says made in the usa---we dont see that very often anymore---nice hunt

As you know well G2, seated coins don't show up on many Tennessee hunts. Nice finds. Is that part of a lead bar used to mold CW bullets? HH, Q.

Q, that's right on the coin it's my first. I have been on a few hunts and had two come up, and they both where New Orleans mints. As for the lead bar who knows it has mill on it. But it's lead so you know me, love the lead. This spot just keeps putting out a little at a time, I got a half of a brass stirrup late Sunday will post it up later to day. But I got2dig hope there will be more to post. Keep digging. HH...
