Met Etrac 007 at a big Chicago park for the last hunt of the year. Gimme the Loot showed up later also. There was one section I had not hunted yet and wanted to try it on what would probably be my last day of hunting until the thaw in late February or early March.
Within 20 minutes I got my first silver and then I got an 1893 Indian which was #100 for the year. My totals for the day were 2 Indians - 1893 and 1906, 3 Mercs - 1941, 1941 and 1944, 2 Rosies - 1946D and 1960D, a token for the Dew Drop Buffet and 10 wheaties not pictured.
What was more amazing then the amount of silver we found in this heavily hunted park was that none of the coins were over 5 inches deep! Definately a place I will hit with the small coil in the spring and pull out any goodies we missed with the stock coils that were masked in the trash.
