I just want to report the great customer service I got from Keith at Fort Bedford Metal Detectors. I called late in my day to see about getting a CTX (west coast). They did not answer, so I decided to email my questions so I would have the answers the next day. To my surprise, soon after I hit send I got a response that he thought that had one in stock. We went back and forth several times as I got answers, more questions came to mind. I am excited to say I have my new CTX in my hot hands. I just need the weather to get better so I can start using it. I have emailed several times after the purchase and got prompt answers. Now I just need them to get the large coils back in stock to complete my backorder.
