Hello Everyone! I made it back out to my favorite fort site this afternoon for a 2 hour hunt. It did rain this morning so I was eager to get out.
I hit the same small yard again which always seems to turn up something. In the early 20th century the yard was occupied by an older home so there is a mix of relics.
Today’s finds include a 69 caliber Round ball, a shoulder scale, a small ball button, a 1910 Liberty nickel and a 1941 wheat penny. The yard is absolutely loaded with iron so I think next time I’m going to try my small coil. I hope everyone has a great weekend and Happy Hunting.
