Spent a good part of the afternoon checking out some parks. I was debating doing a water hunt, however, the winds were just to strong and the lakes are too cold to wear a wet suit. Got a ring, made of copper and a 3" signal which popped out as a pristine gold football. No oxidation, to wear to expose plating, non magnetic, heavy and about the same color as most of my 10K gold I have found. I will get it tested to get the exact gold %. Hopefully, soon, I can do a serious water hunt!
