Grandma's talent

Just thought I would share one of my grandmother's talents with all of ya. This is a picture she took of my daughter when she was very young...at Christmas she gave me a painting of the picture. I know....I brag on my grandma a lot in here! lol Can't help it...she is pretty amazing for almost 83!

thanks Gypsy! She paints many different styles...maybe I will post some of her other paintings here sometime too. This one is special since it is of Teresa and I am sure she will love to have it one day too.

Thanks Bob. She is indeed very talented and still gardening, canning and riding her horse too. I can only hope I will be even close to that active at that age!

coming from someone as talented as you, that really means something too. I might have to make her read it! lol She always makes as if she is not good at it, we only like her paintings cuz she is our grandma or we don't understand art or such! lol

grandma is very good at capturing what she sees in a photograph....and the fact her and Teresa are so close makes the subject pretty special to her too. Amazing she has been such a huge part of her great grandchild's life and I am oh so very thankful since grandma was such a huge part of my life as well!
