GREAT box of halves and nickels 10/17/11 ***PICTURES/Scans***

Hey everyone, I haven't posted in a little while, so I figured I'd tell you about today's finds.

So, I went and picked up a box of nickels and halves I ordered from a small credit union nearby and I must say, it was one of the best boxes I've ever had in my short CRH career.

Halves: 1966, 1967, 1968, 3x 1964 AND 1962 Franklin & 2x Walkers 1945, 1946 in the same roll.

Nickels: 3 War Nickels (1944-s, 1944-d, 1944-p) and 4x buffalo nickels (1 unreadable, 1923, 1929 & 1913 TYPE 1 in fine condition!)

Seemed like a pretty successful day for me today seeing as I got my first 2 walkers in the same roll and a BEAUTIFUL type 1 1913 buffalo.

Spoils: 3x 40% halves, 6x 90% halves, 3 war nickels, 4 buffalo nickels.

I should have 2 or 4 boxes of halves coming in today as well. Either way, I have to go to some bank today to dump 5 boxes of halves. Maybe i'll get a few more boxes of nickels.

Wow - those are some amazing finds! That 1913 buffalo looks incredible!

And those 2 WL's look like they are in great condition too. Those WERE some GREAT boxes!

I have a scanner, printer, fax machine combo thing. Would that work, or do I need a special type of scanner?

That would indeed work. Just place the coin on the glass and scan.

Wow, I love silver but that is a SUPER FANTASTIC Buffalo, especially to be found in the wild.....dare I say MS-60?......just beautiful!!!
