Had a issue so I called them up. Very helpful and said ''not a problem''....sent the item in. Notifications sent from them kept me updated and brand new item sent back as a replacement....no Q asked.
All things will have issues from time to time but nice to know you don't have to jump through red tape to get it fixed with MD.COM
