Great Day Garage Sale Gold and Silver

I mostly go out looking for gold and silver at yard sales because I don't really use eBay so I tag yard sales that say jewelry in the description. The second yard sale that I went to was one that had jewelry in the description. There was only 3 pieces of jewelry out, one was a 925 Chamilia bracelet so I asked if more was coming out, she said yes and said she would be a minute, I almost paid and left because I can be impatient (she kept talking) but I waited for about 7 minutes and she went in and came out with a box of jewelry and said a lot of the jewelry was real so it would be a little more. I started to get worried since I was only carrying $45. But then she says it will probably be dollar for the gold rings and $0.25 for the cheap stuff. As I look in the box and see all the gold and silver I start getting excited. So I load up all the gold and silver and for $15 I walk away with a motherload. I bought the 4 gram white gold chain later that day at a consignment shop for $6 but everything else was from the garage sale. The gold earrings are 10k and all the gold rings are 10k except for the pearl one and the plain rope band, they are 14k. There is probably 200-300 grams of silver.

That's amazing. Congratulations. I love it when something like that happens. And what silly as it sounds like she knew what she had and it was still a dollar. Probably hasn't fall gold prices in the last 45 years though! Or was too busy to really care. That's awesome! I took $3600 yard sailing today and couldn't manage to spend $100!
