I have been walking every morning at our local park for the past few years, but I never really strayed from the paths much. A couple months ago my path was blocked by a Bouncy House, so I had to walk through the Wash instead of taking the bridge across it.
As I was walking through the wash I noticed the distinctive colors of something Petrified, looked like a petrified Bolillo Roll.
Spent days trying to identify what was petrified, looked at hundreds of pictures of other petrified items found by others.
Finally found a picture that looked very similar to mine and it was identified as an Agatized Dinosaur Coprolite.
Since finding the first one I seem to find these things everywhere I go!
Found one that's incredible, such a complete petrified poop is like a big oval marble.
In about one month I have collected about 25 Dinosaur Coprolites, some are very amazing where it's very easy to identify things like fish scales and other things that were part of the Dinosaur's diet.
