Greg Brookes on CBS Evening News - Platinum and Gold Treasure

This ran on the CBS Evening News tonight and has been in the news. Does anyone think this is legitimate or just wishful thinking? Three Billion ( with a B!) worth of Platinum and wooden boxes full of gold, not on a manifest. Isn't he the same guy that claimed to have found the Notre Dame de Deliverance in 2005 based off of a piece of lead?
If he has found it, best of luck to Sub Sea Research and it's crew this spring.
