Grizzly vs punch plate?

What kind of screen do you prefer in a self classifying sluice? A grizzly (bazooka style) or a punch plate?

Depends on the material or flow involved. If running flat sharp angular black and orange mariposa slate or in low flow punch plate on a cal sluice works great. everything else Grizzlies.
