GSSI EMP400

I have always like treasure hunting and look in on these sites from time to time. I am in the used commercial mechanical and electrical business and I often come across items outside my wheel house. I came across this GSSI EMP400 and am wondering if anyone can help me deteremine a good price for this Surplus Unit (never used), with a case? It is a 2012 unit and was bought for over 16K and I am just trying to get a starting point or if anyone knows of someone looking for a good deal let me know please. Thanks all and happy hunting.
