Not quite sure if anyone has covered this yet or not but..... The battery holders for my machine were starting to break at the ends so i called Garrett and talked to a pleasant young lady there and told her my situation.
She asked for my address and that was it. So if any yall are having the same issue then thats all ya gotta do.
