Guns, knives, and green money

3 dif spots today, the old bone handle pocket knife was a street dig in Bryan Texas, the gun was a bottom land farm I am just starting to investigate, The Green money is hopfully a new project, a old store (built in 1870's) in Calvert has been torn out, only thing left is the walls the wood floor is also torn out , In my day it was a bar I remember going in there and seeing holes all over the floors (probaly the roughest bar Ive ever seen, if you wanted it you could buy it) it cant be metal detected (probaly be able to cash in the pull tabs for aluminum as well), but every other handfull of dirt brings a green clad coin, I made a little sifter today and am going back tomorow to go a little longer, those coins were found in about 20 minutes digging around, the silver earing was found there also.

What exactly are those coins? Type and date?

So far no older than early 70's not even a wheat leaf. Likely its no Iceberg (it is about 50x70 or so) but It could be Green Clad Bonanza and maybe a few oldies, I am just gonna get a taste of it tomorow as I havent found the owner yet, They have been in no hurry to clean the spot I have been watching it for 6 months now. I did learn th owners name but not where he lives, If it is somthing special, and so far it has great potential.... well I will know more tomorow.

Man Great finds for 20 mins hunting. Say u can`t use a detector (to much trash or someone saying you can`t) in there how bout a handheld probe on vib mode, no one will know ur using a detector that way.

Great idea on the sifter wish u the best of luck, that many greenies the silver should start popping up soon.
