Raccoons are a rare sight in these parts. This guy was robbing a crows nest at 5:30 am and the crows were going crazy. I went outside to see what the crows were upset about. I looked up in the tree and this guy was looking down at me. He stayed in the crows nest most of the day and then slipped away un- noticed. Got some nice photos to show the neighbors, in case they don't believe me. Dennis in Idaho

Be careful of any raccoons out in the daylight.Very possibably rabid/sick.
 

Those are great pictures! Sure glad you thought you might need proof for the neighbors because we sure are enjoying the proof! :D
 

WOW! Great pix. He sure looks at home in the crow's nest.
 

Nature at it's best, those crows are getting the
tables turned on them, (they are bad to steal eggs , &
baby animals),
