Me and GOIO headed out today..........and within about 45 minites,I found a 1945 washington quarter,and 3 wheats later in the first place we hunted..........I stuffed them neatly in a canvas/velcro wallet,and after lunch we changed locations............................................................
.....................We were finding wheat after wheat...then I found a 42 merc,then a 45 d merc,then a 52 rosie, then I had to have GOIO look at my next merc.....a very very worn 1916 ? could not tell the mm s or d too worn.............................
so we got back to the car and started counting..............GOIO had about $3 + in Clad,20 wheats,and a Standing Liberty Quarter (No Date)
.............And I counted about $3+ in clad 14 wheaties ,1 rosie,and 3 mercs........I looked for my Canvas wallet with the 45 washington,and 3 wheaties but could not find it...........5 silvers WOULD HAVE been my best day..............
I got so discouraged that I didn't scan or take pics of my finds.....Sorry No pics today.........
