I was mding yesterday down the Meadows and the male came down about 75 yards and started tossing grass clumps to bring back to line the nest,well they are still not dry enough so he took off. Indeed quite a sight to see that bird land and do his thing.

Those pics are awesome! I wouldn’t have been able to get my cell out of my pocket fast enough and take my gloves off and all! But I would have tried like heck!!

My camera is around my neck when I walk out the door "Uniform of the day". He stayed out there more than long enough for me to get my glove off.
