Half boxes, NIFC's?

When I get a NIFC I see if I need it for my collection, if I do I put in the Dansco album, but I record them all in an excel spreadsheet along with recording any silver.

I wonder if I am wasting my time doing that, the recording of NIFC's what point other than interest could it have?

I honestly think people don’t care about them. And I think the govt will eventually just start putting them into circulation.
You can make a quick buck on them though if you sell them by the roll.

I've turned literally thousands of them back into the system.

When I do a box, I separate all marked coins. Some boxes have less than 10, while others have 50 or more.
I do the same for NIFC's, count them and return them.
When I find a high number of NIFC, I look at them as marked coins, as if someone dumped their horde.

I always put them back in circulation but this year was recording how many, probably won't bother next year
