Half way through the box-My first one!

I got a nickel box today while I was ordering my box of halves. Halfway through I found my First war nickel coin roll hunting (I have found one metal detecting before). It is a 1944.
I found other 1940's and 19050's but I have to look them up to see if they are anything. At the worst, they will fill in my book.
I know I need to watch for the 1950-D but I have only found a 1951 today.
I still have 1/2 the box to go and I will post any new finds.

Thank you for the good wishes but alas....no more silver or buffalo's on the other end.
I did find another 1940 and a 1949....darn...one year off. I will go looking for any errors I can find. I have a list to follow now.
