Halves - $1,000 orders, better than boxes?

Just contacted a new pick up bank and they said they'd order halves, but only a $1,000 at a time. Any thoughts on whether that's a good thing or a bad thing (any bank that'll order is a good thing, I'm sure)? I was thinking they'd order boxes at $500 each but I guess this is something else, or they'll only order them two at a time? Still learning at this, any thoughts are appreciated.

Its likely 2 $500 boxes. Many banks have a $1000 minimum order when ordering halves.

Yea, there's a minimum for some couriers. I have boxes ordered two at a time.
