halves form Monday

Made the rounds to a few banks in the area looking for halves.....a couple had none...one had 2 rolls...and one had 8 rolls....the 2 were duds...the eight had to have been saved by somebody...no silver but excellent halves from 1996 and at least 1 2006...still going thru them...my last stop was the only small bank in this area ( all the small ones have been bought up by the big banks) I stop here every couple of weeks and never get any halves...so I decided to ask for dimes, when the teller was getting them I asked if she had any halves and she said no...as usual...then the other teller (theres only 2) and she called me sweetie, said sweetie I have a roll of halves and held up an old orange roll of halves, and written on it was 1965 thru 1969 and it was... and I was a happy camper..

Were those two rolls that were marked the duds you refereed to in the beginning, or were they all silver? Nice little story.
