Maybe the recipe shoulda stated, Kill cow, skin, butcher, take flank meat and grind to smooth consistency.

I was expecting something like:

Blend in 1/4 pound ground bison meat, 2 ounces rattlesnake (ground), 1 jigger Jack Daniels, etc.
