Harrod's Gold Star Tea thing....? - SOLVED

The best thing I've heard so far is a "shoehorn" from MM.....Any idea's??

This is just a guess.
I would say it is a measuring spoon for the tea, or a place to put a tea bag after you use it.

I'm guessing it's a tea tidy. Probably a souvenir from one of their restaraunts.

You smoosh the bag against the inside of the cup, then place the tea bag on it.
