ran their detector over a new box of coins(dimes,quarters,halves)to check for silver?would it work?would you get an overload?would it pick up the silver among all the other coins?

Good question but, I don't think so

If I buried an iron box with silver in it and discriminate the iron will I still pick up the silver?
Must test.

Wish I had a MD instead of this LD, I have a lie detector, and don't believe any thing it says. Every time I think I have it figured out, it lies like a rug.LOL
