Has anyone ever seen this medallion?

On a recent hunt in a area that once housed civil war troops and a hosp...I found this medallion with my AT Pro...after careful examination there seems to be no writing on it but it seems to be some type of award type medal...not a huge find but was woundering if anyone has ever seen this type of medal...and maybe how old it may be...

Could be Olympic in nature.. looks like the figure is holding something above their head.

It definetly looks like a lady holding some thing much like a wreath above her head...maybe a small Olympic type medal...
