Have a ranch, land or claim in the motherload?

I know this is a long shot, but it’s beginning to snow higher up and I’m looking for somewhere to detect during the winter. I will split any gold 50/50, fill any hole I dig (you will see no sign I was there), and you can have any relics or other items found. I am responsible and just desperate for somewhere to detect. I am also willing to pay a fee for day use if you don’t like the split idea.
