Having a Civil War US plate restored?

I know people on here have sent off damaged plates to have them restored. Who does this> What is the cost? I have a babt US buckle that is in pretty bad shape.. the lead is mostly there.. slightly bent and the brass is now in two pieces... a U and a S... thinking about having it restored.... any inpot would be great.
