Heat wave watering hole

The water is disappearing so when we found a small spring alongside a game trail. We dug a dishpan size hole and it fills with a steady trickle. The water stays nice and fresh and the animals are quickly finding it... North Central Idaho

Thanks newnan man! Yes, A DSLR camera inside a modified camera case, triggered by a motion sensor.

Great photos. Nice whitetail buck. Over the weekend I was in the northeastern corner of California (Lassen County) scouting out the deer for a fall hunt with my boys. Like the buck in your photo, the mule deer are still in velvet. We saw some tremendous bucks.
