some keys, some tokens , s.s.macgregor, tring for more info, a couple of old pocket watches , and a few coins, 1829 5c, 1905 10c, 1908 25c, 1929 25c, a 925 ring with stones , some keys , 1892 large cent ,and also a 1903 indian head , not to bad for a few months with a med grade md . finds 001.webpfinds 002.webpfinds 005.webpfinds 006.webpfinds 007.webpfinds 008.webpfinds 009.webpfinds 010.webpfinds 011.webpfinds 012.webp

You're doing good just starting out.....if you want gold try just knocking out the iron.....most gold pops up between foil, pulltabs and nickels.....you have to dig quite a bit of junk to find the gold but it's out there.

yes sir, i have dug so much junk, i have to dig almost everything ,so i dont miss gold, but so far none at all ! frustrating at the end, and going to town in the beginning, life is a folly , but life is fun, digging is great !
 
Here's the way I look at it.....it's a bit of a numbers game....the more junk you dig the closer you'll be getting to your
first gold.....just treat it as a challenge and the gold will come when you least expect it.
