So I am just getting started into this hobby/career after about 6 years of reseaching if there is gold still out there and worth it. Well just bought some equipment. So yes I think its worth it. I plan on making a trip to Oregon sence we can dredge here in Cali for the time being. Im also consideringchecking out dredging in Alaska, but I have to start small so we will see. So a Big Hello to alls and if you live around me maybe we should meet up and go prospecting somtime.

yes there is plenty of gold out there and really close to you i too am in bakersfield i get gold every time i go out, i just dont get a hole lot of time. the killer kern is full of fine gold.
