Hello all from Pittsburgh. I've enjoyed reading about lost treasure for years, and have just recently decided that maybe it's worth going after some. There is evidently tons of rumored lost treasure in the PA area, and if anyone is interested in doing some team hunts or detecting, reasearch, let me know! (Ohio and West Virginia too of course.)

I just bought a metal detector (ACE 250) a few months back and have really enjoyed the time I've spent with it.

welcome to the forums and the addiction! I live in Indiana, PA.... grew up in Beaver County, PA and the North Hills, and detect there all the time. There is some great history around the area and some great stuff to find. let me know if you ever want to meet up some time. I hunt both my 2 days off every week adn usually go out before or after work.... I am hooked....LOL.
