Hi Everyone,
Happy to be part of the group. I've been into metal detecting for about 20 years. I do a lot of detecting mostly at Warren Dunes State Park in Mich. (Nice loose sand), since it's about 2hrs from my home. I love the thrill of the hunt. Each time out is an expectation of "The Find"....
I'm using 2 very old detectors, mainly because I'm out of work, due to our company moving it's manufacturing to Costa Rica.(O well whats 35 yrs. down the toilet...
...lol). It's nice to see so many interested in detecting.The banner finds are truly spectacular.Looking foreward to increasing my education about detecting. Even though I've been detecting for a long time, I really know very little. I probably get out less than 6 times a yr., although now I seem to have more time.....lol. See ya on the banner soon!
