I have often wondered what this item was. I thought maybe Adena but the base is all wrong. Not a mud creek. It seems to be some kinda knife. The notes say I dug it in Sequatchie county Tn. (S.E,Tn) I really do not remember which site as it was long ago. It was in an old rack of points in the basement. It seems to be Dover flint or Grey flint. Do you have one like it or another example to post? What do you guys think?
Here are the pics.
Its 2.5 x 1

Not to fat.

The base is not ground.

Another veiw. Kinda primitive workmanship.

Thanks for your help.
