Help ID metal plate with "The Old ...urity" on it

My husband and are brand-new to metal detecting and are so excited to see if anyone can identify this metal plate we found today. From what we can see it looks like it says "G Bics." (top left) and "The Old ... urity".

hey band! congrats on picking up this great hobby(more of a career for me!). Cant telll you much on this. My guess is that it says The Old Purity?

I think you're right! We also looked at it closer and we think it says G Bros in the upper left corner instead of G Bics.
