the scroll work on the side looks mexican looking to me any marking in side? like 925 --(sterling silver would have that very possibly ) -- the german SS death squads types had a skill ring but normally it had crossed bones behind the skull but not always -- after the war --- bikers and skin heads often took to wearing skull type rings ---some hispanic folks do too.
