Help ID rock/agate please

Hello! I?m new. I would love some help identifying this rock. My first thought is that it?s carnelian within some other rock but I really only recognize like 3 types of agate so...
I found this on the beach at Devils Punchbowl, Oregon.

It looks like Jasper with sandstone or siltstone.
