help ID this button please

found this at some old rock foundations, maybe someone will know it right away, if not i can try to take some better pictures, the foundations are from the early-mid 1800s.

ill try to clean it up better, but from what i can read it says something like WADRAUB & CO

Do you think it might say: WADHAMS & CO. ? w/the word "extra"

They made (flower) buttons around from about 1835 through 1850... several of their buttons have been found on CW era battle sites presumed lost from confederate soldiers.

No... I was just trying to date it. They probebly have buttons lost all over the east coast! Not necessarily CW related, as "flower" buttons started life as civilian buttons.

If I'm wrong I'll soon be corrected...

That example I found btw has like a $45.00 value.
