Help ID this playing card set

[Lafitte Deux]

Found these at a garage sale.
One of the packs is still sealed with an IRS stamp, so they might be casino cards.
I've scoured the interwebs and can't find anything on this logo.
The cards are brown and Bigelow "Redislip".

That revenue stamp was used from 1940-1965 (the last year of taxation on playing cards).
It was a pre-canceled for the Standard Playing Card Co. (SPC).

On the pack that is opened, check out the ace of spades and both jokers for the name of the manufacturer.
