They looks to be some nice detail hiding under the baked on soil some light cleaning would reveal more details for a ID. I would start with a tooth brush cut down...dry.

IVOBG has got a great AS find (see link: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/agrippa/i.html) of a coin recognising AGRIPPA (a friend of Tiberius).

The other coin is a CONSTANTIUS II (DN CONSTAN-TIVS PF AVG) CENTENIONALIS (AD 348-354) of A Spearing Horseman (FEL TEMP REPARATIO) with his shield lying on ground and a Mint mark looking like LVG (Lyons).
